3 West Croyde was built in 1967 and has provided the current owners with a lovely family home since they purchased in 2001.

The property was successfully holiday let purely for the summer season for many years and more recently, in 2018, the well appointed 1 bedroom annex was built and which is now an annual holiday rental through Airbnb.

The main accommodation comprises to the ground floor an entrance hall, triple aspect, open plan kitchen/dining room with french doors opening to the spacious paved terrace offering a great outside entertaining area. The sitting room is dual aspect with french doors opening onto the terrace and benefits from a wood burner for those colder nights.

There is a fourth bedroom/snug located to the front of the property and accessed from the hallway which can be serviced by shower room on the ground floor. There is also a very useful utility with door to the rear of the property. The link attached single garage has an up and over door and can be accessed via a personal door from the utility room.

From the sitting room, a door connects to the annex which can either serve as additional accommodation or can be self-contained offering accommodation for a dependent relative or income from holiday or long term rental.

The annex comprises steps from the sitting room leading down to the open plan kitchen/dining/living room with sliding doors opening to a part paved/part gravelled courtyard. There is a well fitted kitchen and door off to a modern shower room. To the first floor the double bedroom with velux window to the rear overlooking the rear garden, offers a lovely outlook over the village to the sea and surrounding countryside.

To the first floor of the main house, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and juliet balcony with views across the village to the sea, Lundy Island and surrounding countryside. Two further double bedrooms and family bathroom with both shower and free standing bath, complete the accommodation to the first floor.

To the front of the property the driveway offers ample parking for numerous cars and a small area of lawned garden and flower bed. Access to the rear garden is to the side of the property leading through to a lovely south and west facing lawned garden and up to the spacious terrace. There is plenty of room within the garden for a vegetable area, greenhouse, and sheds etc.
