14 Lane Head Close is located in a sought-after cul-de-sac within the popular surfing village of Croyde. This 3-bedroom bungalow is conveniently situated within walking distance of both the beach and the amenities within the village.
The current accommodation features a conservatory-style entrance porch, an open-plan dining room with steps leading down to a spacious dual-aspect living room. The living room, located at the front of the property, boasts a large picture window with open views towards Saunton Down and distant sea views over the village and dunes. A separate kitchen, requiring modernisation, is located off the dining room. Three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate WC are positioned to the rear of the property and are accessible from the dining area.
The conservatory-style entrance leads to a small lawned side garden, offering views of Saunton Down to the south. This area houses an oil tank and provides access to the single garage, which has an up-and-over door.
A pathway through the side garden leads to a further small garden at the rear of the property, which is laid to shrubs.
The property also features a lawned front garden and driveway parking for two cars. Roadside parking is available outside the property, with restrictions between the busy months of the year.
The bungalow now presents an opportunity for someone to create their desired style and accommodation layout, subject to any necessary planning permissions for extensions or alterations. The neighbouring property to the north has been extensively developed, and while it occupies a larger plot, a first-floor extension to number 14 would provide sea views and be a valuable addition to the accommodation, subject to obtaining the necessary planning permissions.
Please note: Photos are taken with a wide-angled lens to show more of the rooms.
